Domenico LLC provides residential apartment rentals. Services include lease execution, property access, maintenance support, and other housing-related services as defined in the customer’s lease agreement.

3. Fulfillment Terms

a. Payment Purpose:
Credit card payments are accepted for:

  • Monthly rent
  • Security deposits
  • Application or screening fees
  • Late fees or other lease-related charges

b. Fulfillment Timing:
For purposes of this policy, fulfillment is defined as the provision of access to a rental unit under a valid lease agreement or the continuation of rental services for current residents.

  • New Tenants: Fulfillment occurs upon lease execution and delivery of keys or access credentials.
  • Existing Tenants: Fulfillment occurs as rental services continue per the lease terms after payment is received.

c. Delivery of Service:
Rental services are not physically delivered. Instead, they are provided in the form of ongoing access to a leased apartment unit and related services.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

a. Rent Payments: Rent payments are non-refundable once processed unless otherwise required by law.

b. Deposits: Refunds for security deposits are handled in accordance with state/local landlord-tenant laws and the terms of the lease.

c. Application Fees: Application fees are non-refundable once the application is processed.

5. Disputes
